Short listing candidates from job portals
Posting on various websites
Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
Understanding the client requirements & customize the search accordingly.
Generating interest in the candidate about the job openings.
Scrutinizing & short-listing resumes based on clients requirements
Scheduling the shortlisted candidate for the interview in close coordination with the candidate & client
Follow up with the offered candidate till his joining date.
